By accessing or using nicecharity.org you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. nicecharity.org is an official initiative of Nice Educational Welfare Society, a society registered under the Societies Registration Act since 2010.

The website provides information about our charitable, educational and welfare activities, including AL-Quranic International School, and enables voluntary donations, admission enquiries and partnership requests. Content is provided for general information and may be updated without prior notice.

All donations are voluntary and are made towards the general or specified charitable objectives of the Society. Donations are applied at the discretion of the governing body to the programme indicated, or to the area of greatest need where a programme is fully funded. Donors are responsible for ensuring that the funds donated are from lawful sources.

Nice Educational Welfare Society holds 12A and 80G registration. Donations by Indian taxpayers are eligible for 50% tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to prevailing law. Receipts are issued to the name and details provided at the time of donation.

Contributions from foreign sources are accepted only in accordance with applicable Indian law. Please contact us before making any international contribution so that the correct procedure can be followed.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information in donation, admission and contact forms. We may refuse or reverse a transaction where information appears fraudulent, incomplete or unlawful.

All text, logos, photographs and other material on this website belong to Nice Educational Welfare Society unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission. Fair use for news reporting or education with attribution is permitted.
