Nice Educational Welfare Society was founded in 2010 by dedicated educators and community volunteers who believed that community support, honest accounts, and local leadership could empower lives.

Who We Are

Nice Educational Welfare Society was founded in 2010 by Abdul Mahmood with the objective of promoting literacy and higher learning in the country. The Society is officially registered as a Public Charitable Society under the Societies Registration Act (Regd No. 93/2010).

Our Vision

Nice Educational Welfare Society works as a catalyst in bringing sustainable change in the lives of underprivileged children, youth, and women through a life-cycle approach to development. We enable civil society across the world to engage proactively in the change process through civic-driven initiatives, adopting the highest standards of governance to emerge as a leading knowledge- and technology-driven international development organisation.

Our Mission

To empower underprivileged children, youth, and women through relevant education, innovative healthcare, and market-focused livelihood programmes. We deploy the best methodology and technology to achieve high Social Return on Investment (SROI), promote good governance, link corporate social responsibility with community development, and encourage civic-driven change.

Our history

How we grew

  1. 2010

    Nice Educational Welfare Society registered under the Societies Registration Act by local educators and community workers.

  2. 2013

    Launched AL-Quranic International School to provide quality modern and Quranic education to underprivileged children.

  3. 2017

    Established the Women's Skill & Vocational Training Centre, empowering over 300+ women with self-reliance skills.

  4. 2020

    Expanded emergency Food & Ration Relief Programme across multiple communities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

  5. 2026

    650+ students supported so far through our educational initiatives and welfare programmes. students enrolled and four active welfare programmes.
